The Mortgage Magic Code of Ethics requires that each loan originator and employee:

 

  • Always places the client’s interest above our own
  • Recommends the most appropriate product/products to fill the client’s needs
  • Keeps client fees fair
  • Acts with integrity at all times…not just at the office
  • Advises clients immediately upon encountering an obstacle or problem
  • Discloses all compensation to clients
  • Acts with fairness and prudence with every decision
  • Always is honest and forthright with clients and all others
  • Never engages in misleading or deceptive sales or marketing practices
  • Adheres to high business standards beyond what are required by regulations
  • Maintains regular, timely contact with clients
